1. About this policy

This Cookies Policy explains how Sintoralabs OÜ ("Sintora", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the sintora.ai website. It complements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more broadly.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage and pixels — work differently but serve comparable purposes, and this policy covers them too.

2. What we use on this website

We keep this website deliberately light. Only the strictly necessary technologies run by default. Nothing in the analytics category is loaded until you allow it, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

Cookie / technologySet byPurposeCategory
sintora_consentSintoraStores your cookie choices, when you made them and which version of this policy applied, so we can honour and evidence them. Expires after 12 months.Strictly necessary
Cloudflare TurnstileCloudflareVerifies that the demo and contact forms are submitted by a person rather than a bot. Loaded only on pages with a form.Strictly necessary
Infrastructure cookiesThe infrastructure this site runs onSession integrity and protection from automated traffic. These are set by the infrastructure this site runs on rather than by us, so which of them appear depends on that infrastructure; our sub-processor list at /trust/subprocessors says who it is and how far each engagement is confirmed.Strictly necessary
sintora.a11y.v1 (browser local storage)SintoraRemembers the contrast and text size you chose, so the site looks the same on your next visit. Stored in your browser and never sent to us. Stays until you clear it.Functional — consent required
sintora.prefs.v1 (browser local storage)SintoraRemembers the currency and billing period you selected on the pricing page. Stored in your browser and never sent to us. Stays until you clear it.Functional — consent required
sintora.basket.v1 (browser local storage)SintoraRemembers the set you assemble while walking the site — the operating platform, the suites with their plan and seat count, and the industry solutions with their unit count. Stored in your browser; it reaches us only if you press the button that hands it to a contact form. Stays until you clear it.Functional — consent required
sintora.access.draft (browser session storage)SintoraRemembers the answers about your company you have already given in the demo or access form — what you want to improve, your role, company size, industry, and what is currently in the way — so a reload part-way through does not make you type them again. Your name, work email, LinkedIn URL and free-text note are never written here. Cleared when you close the tab, and when the request is sent.Functional — consent required
utm_params (browser session storage)SintoraRemembers the campaign, source and medium that brought you here, the page you arrived on and the address of the page you came from, so an enquiry can be attributed correctly. Kept in session storage and cleared when you close the tab.Analytics — consent required
Interaction measurementSintoraMeasures how the page is used — scroll depth, clicks and form interaction — and attaches it to an enquiry you send us. Nothing is stored on your device for this; it exists only while the page is open.Analytics — consent required

Strictly necessary technologies do not require your consent under the ePrivacy Directive, because the service you requested cannot be provided without them. They carry no advertising profile and are not used to track you across other websites.

The functional and analytics entries require consent and stay switched off until you give it. If you decline, nothing is written to your device beyond the record of that choice and the strictly necessary technologies listed above, and the site works exactly as it does otherwise — it simply forgets your preferences between visits, loses a set you assembled on the pricing page when you reload, and starts a part-finished form again. We run no advertising or social-media tracking of any kind, so the marketing category is empty.

We used to read a set of device and browser characteristics — screen and window dimensions, platform, processor and memory hints, connection type — and attach them to enquiries. That collection was removed on 11 August 2026. It is mentioned here because it was previously described on this page and we would rather record the change than quietly drop the sentence.

3. Categories of cookies

For transparency, these are the categories we use when classifying cookies and similar storage. The first is always on because it cannot be switched off; the second and third are used only if you allow them; the fourth is empty.

  • Strictly necessary — required for security, load balancing, session integrity and form protection. Cannot be switched off.
  • Functional — remember preferences such as language or interface settings. Set only with your consent.
  • Analytics — help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors struggle. Set only with your consent.
  • Marketing — measure campaigns or personalise advertising. Set only with your consent.

5. Cookies inside the Sintora platform

This policy covers the public website. When you sign in to the Sintora platform, additional strictly necessary cookies are used to keep you authenticated and to protect your session. Where Sintora processes personal data on behalf of a customer, that processing is governed by the agreement and the data processing terms concluded with that customer, not by this policy.

6. Third parties

The bot check described above is provided by Cloudflare, which processes that data as our processor under a data processing agreement. The infrastructure cookies are set by the infrastructure this site runs on rather than by us. We do not name that provider here: our published sub-processor list at /trust/subprocessors is where every provider is named, with the basis for each engagement and how far it is confirmed, and it is that list we keep current rather than this paragraph.

Pages on this website may link to third-party services. Once you follow such a link, that third party’s own cookie and privacy practices apply, and we have no control over them.

7. How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period — the security cookies described above are short-lived and are refreshed as needed for the protection they provide.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this policy whenever the technologies on our website change — in particular before introducing any cookie that is not strictly necessary. The revision number at the top identifies the version you are reading, and any change will be listed in the document history.
