SINTORA AUTOMATIONS · PRICING
Automate more. Pay for the result, not for the steps.
Build automations with AI or by hand. One complete run of an automation is one Automation Run, whatever the number of steps inside it.
Automations is a marketplace module: a separate subscription on top of a suite you have, not instead of one. The suite itself starts at €129 a month billed annually. Suite pricing

Plans compared
What mainly grows with the plan is scale — runs and active automations. Two other rows differ as well: the builder and advanced analytics. Everything else is the same on all three.

If the Runs run out
Automations should not stop your business
80%
The administrator is notified: 80% of the month’s Runs are used.
100%
The limit is reached — that is notified too, and what happens next is the setting below.
> 100%
With overage allowed the automations keep running and nothing stops in the middle of a process; without it they wait for the next period.
Continue with additional runs — This account setting decides what happens past the limit: on, the automations carry on and the additional Runs are billed; off, they wait for the next period.
Need more than Advanced? Volumes above the top plan are a conversation — no price for them is published yet.
The price of additional Runs is not published yet — it will appear here.
What is counted separately
The automation is a Run. The AI inside it is SCU.
The AI Builder is on every plan. AI used while an automation runs is counted separately, in SCU.
SMS, WhatsApp, telephony and other usage-billed communication services are likewise outside Automation Runs.
Why Sintora
Pay for runs, not steps
A complex automation does not cost more for the actions inside it.
Unlimited users
You do not pay for each employee who uses the automations. Seats in the suite the module sits on are counted separately.
Native to Sintora
CRM, Projects, Tasks, Chat and Meetings all work inside one automation environment.
Common questions
- What is an Automation Run?
- One complete execution of an automation, from the trigger to the end.
- Is each step counted separately?
- No. The number of steps does not change the number of Automation Runs.
- Do we pay for each user?
- No. The number of users does not change what Automations costs.
- How is AI counted?
- Running an automation uses a Run; the AI operations inside it use the corresponding number of SCU.
- What happens if the Runs run out?
- The administrator is warned. If overage is allowed, the automations keep running and the additional Runs are billed.
- Can I change plan?
- Yes. Upgrade and downgrade follow Sintora’s current billing rules.
