How this price is built — The operating platform
The 3 operational suites on the plans the package puts them on. Compared with what you would pay buying them one at a time, stack discount already applied.
Separately, total €1 954
As one package €1 650
Difference per month −€304
As a tenant the package gives 1 000 GB of memory for the whole company and 4 010 SCU/wk (4 010 posts or 401 articles). The disk is one per tenant and follows the bill rather than the number of suites. The weekly allowances, by contrast, add into one shared counter. How that is counted
Synapse and MCP come with every paid plan. Memory and the weekly AI allowance are counted for the whole tenant, not per suite.
Marketing Enterprise from €1 499billed monthly€1 349billed quarterly€1 199billed annually / mo
Seats, brands and capacity unlimited within fair use. When the volume stops fitting a plan, we write the terms separately.
The package is put together like a real company: the operations suite for everyone, development for the delivery team, marketing for marketing. If you need different volumes, take the suites separately and each additional will be cheaper: the second at −15%, the third at −25%.
Three rules behind every figure above
- Billing period
- Monthly is the full price, quarterly is 10% cheaper and yearly 20%.
- Memory
- The allowance follows your suite bill, so holding several plans makes it larger.
- Seats beyond the plan
- Every plan includes seats; the next one costs €11 to €19 a month — the suite’s own plans say which.
What’s included
Marketing Suite gives you access to 6 modules. They all work on the same data, so the team stays aligned.
Explore the suite- Product Builder The company’s product registry, and the context every other module reads — assembled from your sources, backed by evidence, approved by a person.
- Market Intelligence Understand your market before making decisions — competitors, trends and opportunities in one workspace.
- Content Hub Turns a market signal into a falsifiable hypothesis, the hypothesis into content, and the content into a number in the revenue line — written once and published everywhere.
- Web Pages An agent builds the site from a conversation; you refine every element by hand on the canvas. Pages, menus and publishing in one place — with the forms landing straight in your CRM.
- SEO & GEO Intelligence Increase visibility in search engines and AI assistants with continuous optimization.
- Video Email Prospector Reads a prospect’s website, writes the email about what it found, films it, publishes an audit page for that one company, and books the meeting.

The platform's AI is measured in SCU — units of finished work, shared by the suites, the marketplace modules and Synapse. The 32 operations fall into 6 zones, and each of them has to be owned:
- Synapse — included with every suite
- Marketing — in the Marketing Suite
- Operations — in the Operations Suite
- Developer — in the Developer Suite
- Marketplace — Sintora Meetings — no platform subscription needed
- Platform — Automations — the capacity for it comes with the suite plan
What each operation costs, how the weekly allowance works and what happens when it runs out are on a page of their own.
AI capacity and the operation menuExtend your suite to fit — without buying the rest of the platform
A seat, a brand, Premium AI, the API, White Label — every resource is bought on its own and starts working as soon as it is paid for. None of them forces a plan change.
These are the Marketing Suite add-ons. Operations and Developer have none of their own.
Capacity packs
When a week runs short, the allowance can be raised with a pack — it does not change the plan and it feeds the tenant’s shared counter.
How the shared pool is counted — on the capacity page.
The second suite costs less
The first suite is full price. The second is 15% cheaper, and the third is 25%. Nobody is forcing you to take the whole platform: it is simply already cheaper by the time you need it.
Marketplace
The modules that are not in a suite: each is a separate subscription, and each works on the same data as the rest of the platform. They are bought on top of a suite you already have rather than instead of one — the exception is Sintora Meetings, which works without a platform subscription.
How the Marketing plans differ
The set of modules is the same in all three — what differs is capacity, limits and what only the higher plans unlock.
Resources Four independent resources. Each grows on its own, and none of them forces a plan change. 5
Capacity How much the factory produces in a week. Measured in Sintora Content Units (SCU): a post is 1, an article is 10. 8
Content Hub and SEO The set of modules is the same on every plan — what differs is the depth of the tools. 6

Frequently asked
Why price by plan rather than per seat?
Because the value is not in the number of chairs. The whole company uses the Operations Suite and two people use Marketing, and charging the same for both would be wrong in both directions. A plan is capacity: seats are already in it, and you can add as many more as you need.
What happens when we reach the automation cap?
The cap counts automations that are switched on, not how often they run. Anything you no longer need can be switched off with one toggle — the run history stays and the slot frees up. The cap itself is a term of the Automations module's own plan rather than of a suite plan: how many you may keep switched on at each level is written on that module's pricing page. If a level's cap runs out, that is a reason to move up the module rather than to keep part of your processes in someone else's service. What a run spends out of the shared capacity is on the AI capacity page.
Can we take just one suite?
That is exactly the intent. If you came for marketing, you take the Marketing Suite and do not pay for the operational one. If you later need a second, it is 15% cheaper, and a third is 25%.
Can I buy a single module without a suite?
Marketplace modules are bought on top of a suite you already have rather than instead of one — and that holds for all of them except Sintora Meetings, which works and is sold without a platform subscription, on a price list of its own. Inside a suite the modules are not sold separately: the suite is the unit, 22 modules across 4 suites, and the plan sets the capacity rather than the contents.
What does a marketplace module cost on top of a suite?
Every marketplace module has a price page of its own, and it states exactly what has been published: a plan grid, a starting price per seat, or that there is no price yet. A module's price is on that page rather than here. Sintora Meetings is an exception to the question itself: it is not bought on top of a suite but sold without a platform subscription, on a price list of its own — Lite, Standard and Advanced. Where there is no price we do not name one until we can name it for good, and we do not offer a "price on request" instead.
What if all I need is meetings?
Take Sintora Meetings on its own. It is the one marketplace module that works without a platform subscription: its own price list, its own levels, priced per user. You do not need a suite for it. If you need the platform later, Meetings stays where it is and works on the same data.
What is a brand, and why are they counted separately?
A brand is a completely separate workspace: its own Brand Voice, its own knowledge, documents, SEO, calendar and publishing. Data is isolated between brands, so an agency can run ten clients without mixing a single fact between them. Lite has one brand, Standard has three, and Advanced is uncapped.
What is in the development hours bank?
30% of what you pay each month for suites goes into a development hours bank at a fixed rate, which the Calculator tab prints beside the number of hours. It is not a discount: the money does not come back, it turns into work you would otherwise have commissioned separately. The hours do not expire at once — they accumulate through the quarter, so they can be pooled into one substantial piece of work. It is counted off the subscription: implementation is a one-off sum, separate, and outside the base. It covers tailoring to your processes: new fields and reference lists, changes to approval routes, reports, integrations with your systems, configuring an industry module. It does not cover support or fixing platform bugs, which are our job anyway.
Can we change plan?
At any time. Moving up takes effect immediately with the remainder of the period prorated; moving down takes effect from the next one. No data is lost either way. And separately: adding a person, a brand or capacity does not require a plan change at all.
What happens to our data if we leave?
A structured export is available from the product at any time, not only on termination. Deletion timelines and the switching mechanism are set out in the DPA and the Terms — we deliberately signed up to the right to switch under the Data Act.
