Give Your Company
One Brain.
CRM, teams, projects, documents, marketing and engineering run in one system — on shared data, shared knowledge and shared AI context. We exist not to add another application to your stack but so that your company stops forgetting what it already knows.
The problem is not a shortage of AI. The problem is a shortage of shared intelligence.
Today it looks like this
Knowledge lives in people's heads.
Documents are scattered across dozens of services.
The CRM does not know what is happening in projects.
The AI does not know your company.
Every new hire starts almost from scratch.
Every chat with an AI starts by explaining the context.
A company has no single brain
Knowledge sits in documents. Processes sit in applications. Experience sits in people's heads. AI sits in separate chats. None of them can see the rest.
So the company forgets, every day
What was understood on Monday is argued again on Friday. A person leaves, and the context that was never written down leaves with them.
We believe it does not have to be this way
Every company deserves a memory shared by its people and its AI. Not another tool — a shared memory. We called it Synapse.
So we built Sintora
One data model on which operations, marketing and engineering all live. One context every agent can reach — within the permissions of whoever is asking.
Give Your Company One Brain. One data model. 28 products. 142 tools any AI agent can reach — with your permissions and no more.
S.I.N.T.O.R.A.
Everything a company runs on — from the daily work to the decisions that steer it — in one system.
Operations, marketing and engineering run the work. Strategic Management takes it as management context. Synapse holds the shared memory underneath, so no decision has to be made twice.
Ready
4 suites. One system.
Not a set of applications under a shared logo. One product in which sales, operations and engineering see the same record — and no data is carried across by hand.
Decisions that do not get lost
Strategy, goals, the initiative portfolio, resources, risks and decisions in one place. Command Center shows what has drifted off plan and where a decision is needed from you.
Learn more Operations SuiteThe company in one system
CRM and CDP, chats, calls, documents, wiki, Service Desk and People OS. Every team works with the same customer and the same document.
Learn more Marketing SuiteGrowth that does not depend on heroics
Market intelligence, product and hypothesis design, content, pages, outreach. The AI finds the buyer, writes the outreach and fills the pipeline.
Learn more Developer SuiteA product that does not lose its context
Projects, sprints, QA, billable time and resource planning — in the same place as the decision that led to them.
Learn moreAnd on top of it, industry solutions. Property rental and appointments install as modules inside the same tenant: the same permissions, the same audit trail, the same data. Not a separate system that then has to be integrated.
We started with marketing.
The problem turned out to run deeper.
What we came in with
The first version of Sintora solved a familiar problem: disconnected GTM tools, manual outreach and data spread across a dozen services. We built a platform that designs and executes go-to-market — and it worked.
What we saw at customers
The same gap was everywhere. A decision is made on a call, the task lives in one service, the customer in another, the document in a third. Marketing is not broken on its own — it is simply the first place where the numbers make it visible.
So Sintora is no longer a GTM platform. It is an operating system for the business, with marketing remaining one of its 4 suites.
The foundation did not change: the same data model, the same agents, the same permission architecture. What changed is how much of the company’s work sits on it.
Driven by purpose
Companies pay not only for tools — they pay for the work that has to happen between them. That work is exactly what we remove.
Our mission
To remove the layer of work nobody enjoys and everybody does: moving data between services, updating a status in three places, rewriting the same text for the fifth time.
Our vision
A company of any size runs on one system — with no integrations team, no zoo of subscriptions, and nobody whose job is copying data between tabs.
Our approach
AI that does not advise from the sidelines but does the work inside the process: it reads the conversation, creates the task, updates the record and notifies the people it concerns.
What we decide by
These are not words on a wall. They are the criteria by which a feature gets into the product, or does not.
One record of truth
If data has to be entered twice, we designed something wrong. That is the first test a feature has to pass to get in.
Work first, features second
We start from a team's real scenario rather than a competitor's feature list. A feature that does not close somebody's working day does not get into the product.
AI as part of the process
Not a separate chat tab, but agents inside the chat, the call, the ticket and the project. A person makes the decision; the system takes the preparation and the follow-through.
Fast, but not rushed
We ship often and fix fast. But the foundation — the data model, permissions, audit — we design slowly, because rebuilding it later costs years.
Transparency instead of promises
We say plainly what already works, what is in early access and what is a bespoke prototype.
European by default
An Estonian company; the sub-processors are named, and the processing locations are published with a marker for how well each one is proven. GDPR as the starting point of the design rather than a section added to a document at the end.

A word from the founder
We started from the conviction that growth should be designed rather than guessed. That turned out to be right — and too small.
The closer we worked with teams, the clearer it became: the gap between tools is not a marketing problem. It is identical in support, in engineering, in operations. A decision is made on a call, the task lives in one service, the customer in another, the document in a third, and somebody spends their day keeping them in agreement.
Widening the product from one suite to three is a decision that costs a year of work and is hard to abandon halfway. We took it because the alternative was worse: building one more system that works beautifully inside itself and badly with the rest of the company.
We are in no hurry to declare victory. The platform is early, and some solutions are working prototypes we tune to a specific customer. We say so plainly, because the only thing harder to build than a system is trust in it.
Sintora is not one more tool on your subscription list. It is a system that makes most of them unnecessary.

How one suite became a system
A short, honest timeline: where we started, where we misjudged the size of the problem, and what we are doing now.
Research, not code
We started not with development but with conversations: how teams in sales, operations, support and engineering actually work. That is where the central claim came from — the problem is not that there are too few tools, it is that they know nothing about each other.
A single data model as the foundation
The architecture was designed around one shared data layer, AI agents and orchestration. Foundation first, modules second — so that each next product becomes part of the system rather than another tab.
The first modules
Market intelligence, product and hypothesis design, content generation and outreach tooling. The first version of Sintora solved the revenue growth problem — and solved it well.
Early access, and an inconvenient discovery
Sintora opened to selected teams and partners. Along with the feedback came a question we heard from almost everyone: “Why can’t we do the same with our tasks, tickets and documents?”
Beyond marketing
We widened the platform from one suite to three: operations, marketing and product development. The same foundation, the same data model — only now the whole company runs on it rather than one department.
A strategic suite and industry solutions
Industry solutions appeared on top of the platform — property rental and appointments — as modules inside the same tenant. We are deliberately early: the right foundation first, scale second.
Where we actually are
We are early and we do not pretend otherwise. Here is what that means in practice, so you can decide with your eyes open.
- Every suite on one shared data model
- AI agents in chats, calls, tickets and projects
- A role model, an action audit trail and data export
- Working with selected teams and partners
- The platform changes weekly on their feedback
- Features are added for real scenarios rather than for a roadmap
- Industry solutions: property rental and appointments
- These are working prototypes we build for a specific customer
- They install as modules in your tenant, not as a separate system
