Sintora Give Your Company One Brain
AI capacity

You buy work, not tokens

Capacity is how much AI work the platform does in a week: posts and articles in Marketing, request triage in Operations, meeting summaries in the marketplace modules, answers from Synapse. One counter for all of it. The unit is SCU, Sintora Content Unit, and it is a unit of finished work rather than of computation. A post is 1, an article is 10: the weight of each operation matches the work behind it, so it makes no difference to you what you create. Which model did it, and how many tokens that was, is our problem.

One currency for the whole platform — 1 SCU is:

Marketing

a social post

Operations

one request triaged

Synapse

two document summaries

Developer

two thirds of a release note

One counter for the company. Spend it anywhere — the allowance is not split between suites and does not expire each week.

Capacity for this week 71%

Remaining 600 units · ≈ 600 posts or 60 articles

Rolled over from last week 360

Unused capacity rolls over, up to one weekly allowance (840). A quiet week pays for a launch week.

Weekly, but it does not expire

A monthly limit can be burned in two days and then waited out for three weeks. A daily one is too short for the way work arrives: a campaign is three loud days inside two quiet weeks. A week is the unit marketing already plans in, and unused capacity rolls over: a quiet week pays for a launch week.

The limit never blocks the work

When the weekly allowance is spent, the product does not switch off. You get a choice — and none of the options is "call support".

The operation menu — all 32

The 6 groups are the products that spend capacity. A group is yours if you own the product: suites and marketplace modules are bought, Synapse comes with every suite, and the capacity automations spend comes with the suite plan. The counter is still one per company — an operation costs the same wherever you run it from.

So 840 SCU per week is 840 posts or 84 articles per week.

This price list is a promise. Models get cheaper every year, and when they do we raise the weekly allowance rather than rewrite the operation prices. A post costs 1 SCU today and will cost 1 SCU a year from now — otherwise you could not plan anything, and planning is exactly what this unit exists for.

Starter Pack +400 SCU per week €119 per month
Growth Pack +1 200 SCU per week €329 per month
Agency Pack +3 500 SCU per week €899 per month

A pack raises the weekly allowance the moment it is paid for, and does not change the plan. Separately, Operations and Developer have built-in AI — request triage, answers from the wiki: it is included in every plan, and for the first two months we do not meter it at all.

The shared capacity pool

Capacity is one counter for the whole tenant rather than one per suite. Three things feed into it: the platform grant for your band, the weekly allowance of each plan, and anything bought as packs.

Platform band Capacity
Starter from €99 on suites billed annually 120 SCU/wk 30 GB 30 days
Growth from €299 on suites billed annually 600 SCU/wk 120 GB 60 days
Scale from €599 on suites billed annually 1 500 SCU/wk 300 GB 90 days
Business from €899 on suites billed annually 3 000 SCU/wk 1 000 GB 180 days

There is no band below the first: it is the floor, and any paid suite is already on it.

For example: Operations Standard, Marketing Lite, Developer Lite — that is 3 000 from the platform + 500 from Operations + 210 from Marketing + 100 from Developer, or 3 810 SCU per week. Packs feed into the same counter — they raise this pool rather than one suite's own allowance.

The band is decided by the suite bill after discounts rather than by any one plan. So a second suite raises both the memory and the platform grant instead of leaving them where the dearest plan alone would have put them.

How much SCU each plan gives, and how many seats and brands come with it, is on the pricing page. The price of an operation is here; the price of a plan is there.

Questions about capacity

What is an SCU?

Sintora Content Units — a unit of finished work, not of computation. A post is 1 SCU, an article up to 1,500 words is 10, a landing page is 8, a competitor analysis is 20. Internally the system converts that into tokens for whichever model suits the task, but you never have to think about it: you are buying an amount of work you can plan around, not a technical quantity. There is one counter for the whole platform: the same unit is spent on a post in Marketing, a call summary in Sintora Meetings, a release note in Developer and any Synapse operation.

How much SCU do automations use?

A run is 0.05 SCU, and an AI node firing inside it is 0.2. So twenty automation runs cost the same as one social post. A team on Operations Standard running 400 automations a week, a third of them through an AI node, spends about 44 SCU — roughly 2% of its weekly capacity. The rate is deliberately this low: most of what happens inside a run is database writes rather than a model call. What is worth charging for is the model call, not the run itself. That is the capacity a run spends, and the suite plan is what provides it. How many automations you may keep switched on is a separate question with a separate answer: it is a term of the Automations module's own plan.

Why does an article cost 10 SCU rather than 2–3?

Because that is what it actually costs to produce. An article carries an outline, a draft and an edit behind it — ten times the generation a post takes. When we priced it lower, articles were worth making and posts were not, although the difference should be nothing to us. Now the weight of each operation matches the work in it, and it makes no difference what you create: the unit means the same thing everywhere.

Will the SCU prices ever change?

The operation price list is a promise: a post costs 1 SCU today and will cost 1 SCU a year from now. Models get cheaper, and when they do we raise the weekly allowance rather than rewrite the list. Otherwise you could not plan anything — and planning is the entire reason this unit exists.

What does editing finished text cost?

40% of the operation price — a rework regenerates only part of the material, so charging in full for it would be wrong. Translating into one more language is 60%. Batch work from 50 units carries a 50% discount, because those jobs genuinely cost us less. And if the result was poor, regenerating the same brief is free — up to 3 times. We do not charge for our own misses.

Why do you not show tokens?

Because a token means nothing for your work, and model prices change several times a year. Keeping that mechanism on our side means we can change model or provider without your plan moving. Transparency here is not about showing the kitchen — it is about the price not changing without warning.

Why is the allowance weekly rather than daily or monthly?

A monthly limit can be burned in two days and then waited out for three weeks. A daily one is too short for the way work actually arrives: a campaign is three loud days inside two quiet weeks. A week is the unit marketing already plans in, and it has slack built in. Unused capacity rolls into the next week, up to one full allowance: a quiet week pays for a launch week.

What happens when the weekly allowance runs out?

Work is not blocked. You get a choice: draw on the rollover, buy a pack, or continue on Monday when the allowance resets. Everything already produced stays where it is — we do not switch the product off over a counter.

What happens to the built-in AI after the two free months?

Nothing separate happens — it is already accounted for. AI in Operations and Developer (request triage, answers from the wiki) and in the marketplace modules (call summaries) spends SCU from the same shared pool as content in Marketing. Each suite contributes its weekly allowance to that pool, and it can be spent anywhere.
