AI GTM where every action is backed by a hypothesis, a budget and a metric
Marketing stops being a matter of taste. Every asset has a reason to exist — and a number that proves it.
The topic comes from a signal, not from someone's head
Your product and your competitors watched around the clock. The system brings you a reason to say something — and who to say it to.
Data, content and analytics on one model
One customer record for the whole company. No stitching a report together from five sources every month to see the path to a deal.
Every asset proves its own result
Unit cost starts at €0.06, and the UTM tag traces a lead back to the hypothesis behind it. Content economics stop being guesswork.
Tick the ones you have heard this week
Five sentences heard at every marketing meeting. Let us count how many are about you.
0 / 5
Tick the ones you recognise
Every tick is a decision made without a hypothesis, without a budget for it and without a metric.
Pick your role and you will see your own scenario
Sintora solves different pains for different people on the team. Here is what changes for you personally.
Head of Growth
Pipeline depends on headcount rather than on the quality of ideas
What hurts today
- Doubling outreach means hiring two more SDRs
- Experiments run for quarters because nobody has time to measure them
- Lead data is scattered across the CRM, spreadsheets and people's heads
What Sintora does
- Agents research and personalise 24/7 — volume is no longer capped by headcount
- Every campaign has a hypothesis, a metric and a decision rule before it starts
- The CDP holds one profile per company and contact
The key result
No new hires
outreach volume grows with agents rather than SDR headcount
Where to start
B2B SaaS
A long deal cycle and several decision-makers. Sintora runs the account from the first signal to the signature.
Agencies
Many clients, few hands. A separate workspace for each, and existing flows transferred instead of rebuilt.
Fintech / PSP
A complex product and compliance requirements. GDPR and a human sign-off on every asset.
Scale-up
You need to grow faster than hiring allows. Outreach volume is no longer capped by headcount.
Who it is for
Your GTM is scattered across 15 tools
Data in one place, content in another, outreach by hand. Nobody owns the result as a whole.
AS IT IS NOW Traditional GTM
- Tools: 10–15 subscriptions that do not talk to one another
- Data: fragmented across the CRM, spreadsheets and managers' heads
- Processes: manual research, copy-paste, personalisation on the fly
- Channels: email and LinkedIn live apart from the analytics
- Ownership: blurred across 4 teams
WITH Sintora Autonomous GTM
- Tools: one platform instead of a zoo of subscriptions
- Data: one CDP — signals, profiles and history in one place
- Processes: agents research and personalise 24/7
- Channels: email, LinkedIn and video orchestrated by one flow
- Ownership: one perimeter and transparent revenue analytics
7 disciplines. One orchestra in time
Each agent is a specialist of its own. Together they cover the whole GTM cycle with no manual work.
Market Intelligence
Listens to your product and your market: changes, competitors, live ICPs and buyer personas.
Stage 2Content Hub
Signals → hypotheses → the content factory → human sign-off → revenue analytics.
CDP
One base of contacts and companies: profiles, audiences and interaction history.
Product Builder
Shapes the value proposition and messaging for every segment and persona.
Video Email Prospector
Personal videos walking through the lead's own site — over your list, one contact at a time.
Automations
Visual orchestration of agents: branches, triggers, conditions — without code.
Revenue Analytics
End-to-end revenue analytics: from signal to closed deal.
See Sintora at work
Every one of these starts or ends outside marketing — in the CRM, the CDP, the product. That is the part a standalone content tool cannot do.
From lead to first meeting
Team: Revenue team
You bring the list. The AI reads each site, writes the outreach and books the call.
Outcome: A blank list becomes a booked meeting — the AI prospects and writes the outreach.
Five steps. One continuous turn
Not linear stages but a loop: the result of each turn becomes the input signal for the next.
01
We gather what exists
Strategy, experience, assets and customer data — everything already accumulated.
02
We look outward
We track ourselves, the competitors and the market. We find what changed.
03
We form a hypothesis
With a budget, a metric and the condition under which it counts as disproved.
04
We create the assets
Personalised to segment, persona and funnel stage.
05
Distribution
Channels, schedule, attribution — and the numbers return to step 01.
The capacity of your content factory
We measure finished content rather than computation. The unit is SCU, Sintora Content Unit: a post costs 1, an article is 10. Your plan gives you a weekly capacity in these units, while tokens, models and their prices stay inside — you never have to think about them. The same counter covers the whole platform, Synapse included.
So 210 SCU a week is 210 posts or 21 articles a week, and 2 800 — 2 800 posts or 280 articles.
Transparent plans. No hidden charges
Seats, brands and capacity — three resources, each scaling on its own. A person or a brand can be added at any time, and the plan does not change.

Frequently asked
What does it take to launch the first sequence?
Three steps, and we do all three: we connect the data, set up the ICP and tone of voice, and start the agents. Full guided onboarding is included. How long it takes in your case is something we tell you at onboarding, once the volume and state of your data are visible — we do not publish a turnaround time.
Do we need to hire a separate team for Sintora?
No. Sintora replaces the SDRs' manual work and part of what an agency does. Your team runs the strategy; the agents run the operations.
Does it integrate with our CRM?
Sintora is open over its API and over MCP — the Model Context Protocol, the open standard by which systems and AI agents reach each other. Your CRM can be connected, and that is implementation work rather than a switch in settings: how much depends on what has to line up. We do not ship ready-made connectors for individual products — which is also why we do not limit you to a list of supported systems.
What about data security and privacy?
The safeguards — encryption at rest and in transit, access separated by role, an audit log — are undertakings in Annex 3 of the data processing agreement, and we sign that agreement before work begins. The Trust Center sets the same safeguards out in a table with what proves each one and what is missing beside it; we hold no independent auditor’s certificate and we claim none.
What are Content Units?
Sintora Content Units — a unit of finished work rather than of computation: a post is 1 SCU, an article up to 1,500 words is 10, a landing page is 8, a competitor analysis is 20. Your plan gives you a weekly capacity in these units. Tokens, models and their prices stay inside the system — they change several times a year, and we deliberately do not pass those changes on to your price: when models get cheaper we raise the allowance rather than rewrite the list.
What happens when the daily capacity runs out?
Work is not blocked. You draw on the rollover — unused capacity carries into the next week — or buy a pack and carry on today, or wait for Monday. We do not switch the product off over a counter.
What is in Standard?
10 seats, 3 brands, 840 SCU a week, SEO Pro and GEO, Brand Voice, the content calendar and the whole Content Hub. Seats, brands and capacity are bought separately — with no plan change.
Runs on the shared memory — Synapse
Every campaign, lead and asset leaves a trace in the company memory — the next GTM cycle builds on the last one instead of rewriting it. This is the same memory Synapse answers from and Command Center runs on. The memory comes with every paid plan, and its size is set by the plan you are on.
Work becomes context
Leadership sees which strategic market bets actually produce results.
What accumulates here is market and growth context. Nothing has to be carried across by hand — it is a by-product of the work rather than a separate job.
Hypothesis
Marketing starts from what the company already knows, not from a blank page
Campaign
Assets, channels and audiences — on that same context
Result
