1. About this policy
This Cookies Policy explains how Sintoralabs OÜ ("Sintora", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the sintora.ai website. It complements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more broadly.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage and pixels — work differently but serve comparable purposes, and this policy covers them too.
2. What we use on this website
We keep this website deliberately light. Only the strictly necessary technologies run by default. Nothing in the analytics category is loaded until you allow it, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

Strictly necessary technologies do not require your consent under the ePrivacy Directive, because the service you requested cannot be provided without them. They carry no advertising profile and are not used to track you across other websites.
The analytics entries do require consent, and they stay switched off until you give it. We currently run no advertising or social-media tracking of any kind.
3. Categories of cookies
For transparency, these are the categories we use when classifying cookies. Only the first category is in use on this website today.
- Strictly necessary — required for security, load balancing, session integrity and form protection. Cannot be switched off.
- Functional — remember preferences such as language or interface settings. Set only with your consent.
- Analytics — help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors struggle. Set only with your consent.
- Marketing — measure campaigns or personalise advertising. Set only with your consent.
4. Consent and your choices
On your first visit we ask for your choice before anything beyond the strictly necessary runs. Accepting and refusing are equally easy — both are a single click, presented with the same prominence, and refusing costs you nothing: the site works either way.
You can also open “Manage preferences” to allow or refuse each category separately. Non-essential categories start switched off and stay that way unless you turn them on.
- Change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
- We record what you chose, when, and against which version of this policy — so your choice can be honoured and evidenced.
- We ask again after twelve months, or sooner if we change what the categories cover.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of everything non-essential and do not ask.
You can additionally control cookies in your browser: most let you block or delete them and be notified when one is set. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge each document these controls in their support centres. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent our forms from working.
5. Cookies inside the Sintora platform
This policy covers the public website. When you sign in to the Sintora platform, additional strictly necessary cookies are used to keep you authenticated and to protect your session. Where Sintora processes personal data on behalf of a customer, that processing is governed by the agreement and the data processing terms concluded with that customer, not by this policy.
6. Third parties
The cookies described above are set by Cloudflare in its role as our security and content-delivery provider. Cloudflare processes this data as our processor under a data processing agreement, and traffic is served from infrastructure in the European Union where available.
Pages on this website may link to third-party services. Once you follow such a link, that third party’s own cookie and privacy practices apply, and we have no control over them.
7. How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period — the Cloudflare security cookies described above are short-lived and are refreshed as needed for the protection they provide.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever the technologies on our website change — in particular before introducing any cookie that is not strictly necessary. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect.
